Manx Wild Bird Aid says a member of the public found the bird of prey near Pulrose Power Station and contacted Arg Beiyn Vets.
A pin was placed inside the leg, and he could stand and move it straight after the operation.
The charity is now appealing for donations towards food for the falcon - you can find out more on the organisation's website.
