A Douglas North MHK wants to know if the Island's services can support a population of 100,000.
It comes as one of the aims of the government's Island Plan is to grow the population to that figure within the next 15 years.
In House of Keys this week, David Ashford will ask the health minister what additional capacity would be needed at Noble's, and what assessment there's been of GP services.
He'll also ask the education minister of the extra capacity needed in local schools to support a population of that size.
The House sits at 10am tomorrow.
