Police say in regards to drink driving their message 'appears to have got through'.
It comes following five people being arrested last Friday.
However on Saturday there were no arrests for drivers getting behind the wheel whilst over the limit.
Officers are currently pushing their annual Christmas drink drive campaign, and will continue patrols throughout the festive period.
