A locked postbox in Maughold is causing problems for local business.
The Dreemskerry postbox which closed 'temporarily' earlier this year after the lock broke, was supposed to be fixed in ten days.
Six months later the box remainds closed - with the Post Office unable to find a lock that fits.
It means local business 'Loaghtan Books' is unable to post shipments to customers.
Sara Goodwins, who works at the bookshop, said it was used regularly by the public and a new box should be put in place if it can't be fixed.
