Agents who are carrying out TV Licensing checks on the Isle of Man should have their conduct investigated.
That's the view of North Douglas MHK David Ashford who says he believes government needs to step in:

The BBC and their agents don't have any power to enter people's premises unless they have the agreement of the occupier or a warrant from a Justice of the Peace.
