Does the Isle of Man need a national culture centre to go alongside our National Sports Centre?
That's a suggestion from Garff MHK Daphne Caine, who raised the idea during a Tynwald debate into the government's policy framework this week.
Mrs Caine said when it comes to funding, arts and culture is often the poor relative compared to the Island's sporting facilities.
She says having such a facility would help boost the Island's creative industries:
