An Onchan Commissioner says the Isle of Man needs a new organisation to investigate miscarriages of justice.
Christopher Quirk presented a Petition for Redress of Grievance to Tynwald on the Island's National Day in St John's this week.
He says at the moment there's no way of looking again at criminal cases which may have involved injustice.
