A group which represents patients says it believes the health service needs to be more transparent.
The Health and Care Association has spoken out as part of an ongoing row over colorectal surgery at Noble’s Hospital.
Following a leaked report into the bowel surgery the Department of Health was forced to issue an action plan of how it intended to deal with concerns.
However Andrew Jessop from the association says it would be better if reports like this were made public from the outset:
