Caley's General Stores, based on the Sulby Straight and crossroads, has been sold to a local family through Manxmove Estate Agents.
It's not known at this time what the shop - which has been on the site for over 70 years - will be used for and had previously been on the market since 2018.
It closed in March this year after its previous owners, Graham and Carolyn Garrett, announced in January they would be moving on to seek new challenges.
