Manx Care says the waiting list for mental health services has been halved.
The number of patients waiting is now at 599, compared to 1181 people in July 2024.
It says the £4 million pound investment from the government was aimed specifically at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service waiting list.
It adds the investment helped reduce the waiting time through its early intervention 'Talk' serivce, so those with complex and high-risk needs receive a prompt assessment and treatment.
