A dog was rescued from a cliff by Peel Coastguard yesterday.
The team were called to the coastal path north of Glen Maye just after 12:30pm, where Byron was trapped down on an overgrown slope.
Dog owners are reminded to keep their pets on leads near cliffs and dangerous edges, and to call the coastguard rather than try to rescue a dog yourself.
Byron was luckily unharmed and excited to get back to his owners who were visiting the Island.
