A Kirk Michael butcher says he's been forced to import meat from the UK because of the unreliability of supplies from the Island's meat plant.
Lee Mayers says he's been ordering from Isle of Man Meats for as long as possible but claims deliveries are now so unreliable he's had to turn away customers.
On Facebook, he says with a busy time expected at Christmas, he'll switch to UK meat because he's not willing to risk disappointing buyers.
But he added he's still supporting Manx meat where he can and hopes the situation will change soon.
