Also on the order paper is more support for small businesses, and putting former Garff MHK Jean Thornton-Duesbery on the Manx Patriots' Roll of Honour.
There are also 26 questions covering issues such as the end of MiCards, redeveloping castle Rushen High School, and unpaid parking tickets.
