A coffee shop in Peel says it's looking for a business to share its premises.
Cranky's Coffee on Michael Street says a retirement means it's looking for someone to take over its kitchen and shared space.
It says that could be someone who wants to hire the kitchen and serve food or an independent retailer.
It's asking anyone who's interested to contact it via its Facebook page.
