Bushy's should find out next week if it's been granted permission to relocate to Castletown.
The town's commissioners say proposals to resite the brewery in a works yard off Milner Terrace will be discussed by the planning committee on Monday.
On Facebook, the local authority says welfare facilities for the town's workforce will be moved to the Town Hall in the near future, whichever way the planning application goes.
In October, Bushy's applied for permission for the brewery and outdoor eating area, saying its current home at Mount Murray was nearing the end of its life.
