The head of Bushy's Brewery says he's glad a spat with the government over TT trademarks has been resolved amicably.
Yesterday, after talks with the Department of Economic Development, an agreement was struck allowing both sides to coexist while recognising the other's intellectual property rights.
It ends a row that saw the Santon company threatened with legal action if it continued to use the TT initials in breach of the government's trademark.
