Bus Vannin says it's aware of a fault affecting a number of Go Places cards on its ticket machines.
On Facebook, the organisation says it's as the cards near the end of their 10 year lifespan at the end of March.
It says if you take your card into any of its stores such as the Welcome Centre or Ramsey Bus Depot, they'll be replaced free of charge.
