More than 660 days have been missed by Bus Vannin staff in the last 12 months due to Covid.
Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas released figures in response to a written question by MHK David Ashford.
In the year to the end of June, around the same number of days were missed due to stress, either personal or work related.
June 2022 saw the highest number affected, with 39 staff members missing 467 days due to sickness for a variety of reasons.
