Bus Vannin's ConnectVillages service hasn't impacted the Island's taxis, according to a new report.
Drivers and companies complained about the demand response service, claiming it was anti-competitive and sparking an investigation from the Office of Fair Trading.
The OFT asked Grant Thornton to investigate the issue, and the company's report will be laid before Tynwald members later this month.
The report says it can't find any evidence to suggest the taxi trade has been impacted by the bus service - but said a similar service offered to the airport and Sea Terminal may be predatory.
