Bus drivers are out in force today manning picket lines around the Island.
They’re armed with placards and letters to hand out to the public at the bus stations in Douglas, Ramsey and Port Erin.
Today marks the first day of three days of strike action after negotiations over drivers’ terms and conditions failed.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says it has had reports of intimidation at the picket in Douglas which has had an impact on some scheduled services.
