Unite the union and bus drivers have been accused of being ‘woefully unprepared’ for an employment tribunal.
The comments were made by the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure’s chief executive on Twitter.
Employment tribunals concerning the department’s row with the drivers over changes to pay and terms and conditions started last week.
However they have now been adjourned until February.
Colin Kniveton says he thought it was a good move by the union’s QC.
