A union leader says bus drivers don't want to inconvenience the public during a dispute with the Department of Infrastructure.
Last week, drivers announced they'd be working to rule - avoiding strike action in a row over holiday time.
The dispute happened after staff were told annual leave during TT next year was cancelled.
