Bus drivers have confirmed they will be working to rule this week.
Eric Holmes from Unite the Union says staff and management did not come to an agreement in a meeting yesterday - and so industrial action will go ahead as planned.
It's the second time in the past month drivers have taken action over a dispute concerning overtime and annual leave.
Mr Holmes says another meeting with the Department of Infrastructure will take place tomorrow.
