Castletown commissioners are looking for a developer to take on a huge housing project in the area.
The local authority says it's looking for expressions of interest from companies to carry out the second phase of work on the School Hill Estate.
Phase 2 will see 48 new homes created - a mix of houses, and bungalows with varying numbers of bedrooms.
The work is due to get underway in April next year.
