Budget increase needed to implement review recommendations

More money is needed to help fund Health and Social Care projects resulting from recommendations made by the West Midlands Quality Review Service.

Submissions are being put to Treasury from a board set up to oversee consequent projects.

The budget has been topped up by an additional £6.8 million for the works this year - however, Minister Howard Quayle says the department needs more:
