The Treasury Minister's budget doesn't address the 'educational problems on the Island,' says a former teacher.
Gareth Young, who also ran for MHK in last year's election, has written an open letter to the House of Keys relating to problems he's seen with the Island's secondary schools.
He claims there is crisis in recruiting teachers due to below inflation pay rises, lack of appropriate resources and inaction on a department level.
Mr Young asks the government to look into it further and take on board the seriousness of the situation.
