BUDGET BUILD UP: Michael MHK David Cannan Tells 3FM What he Feels The Best Way Forward For Island Would Be
With the important budget announcement due next Tuesday 3FM have been speaking to MHK’s past and present to get their views on how they think it’s going to go.
Of course the major cut brought about by the UK ending the VAT sharing arrangement will have to be factored into the budget, it’s expected there will be significant cut backs announced as a result.
Michael MHK David Cannan told 3FM how he thinks in order for the Island to successfully tackle the problems on the horizon it must be done with a strong economy and low level of unemployment.
The Michael MHK who was once the Treasury Minister himself went on to list what he feels the budget should include to ensure it serves the Government and the Manx people equally well.
