The Island's breast surgeon is demanding that a new breast unit at Noble's Hospital must be developed well before its 2016 deadline.
Millie Bello is head of breast care at the hospital.
She was talking after a campaign was launched yesterday to raise £600,000 for the new facility to be built. .
Ms Bello believes the current set-up is unfit for purpose and it's crucial the new unit is created as soon as possible:
