Braddan Parish Commissioners have announced a rise in rates.
The local authority rate will be set at 257p - an increase of 11.7%.
Further, the domestic refuse charge has also gone up by £6 to £88.
Chairman, Andrew Jessopp, says there are 'external costs outside of their control' which have seen significant increases over the last 12 months, including borrowing, staffing and refuse disposal costs.
