A Manx professional boxer has raised more than £7,000 for two local charities.
Danny Roberts took on the challenge of climbing to the top of Snaefell from Laxey Beach 14 times - the equivalent of Mount Everest.
Although his support team decided to stop after nine climbs up Snaefell - five short of his intended target, he surpassed his £5,000 goal in aid of Huntington’s Disease Isle of Man and REACH IOM.
The 28 year-old described the challenge as one which pushed his body ’to the absolute limit’.
