Bowls Club launching 'come and try it' scheme

Onchan Bowls Club is launching a 'come and try it' scheme for those interested in joining the sport.

People who want to try their hand at crown green bowling can use the green for a trial period, and have two free lessons with experienced players. 

Onchan currently has nine teams in various leagues, and is looking to expand them further, as well as encourage people to enjoy the sport socially.

Anyone interested in trying it out or having free lessons is asked to contact committee member Libby Andrade on 413318.
