A booklet has been published geared toward encouraging physical activity in over 50s on the Island.
It’s been produced by Public Health and the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure.
It’s endeavouring to highlight training regimes that are both easily sustainable and fun.
It’s a long established fact that physical activity can help reduce risks of high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis and depression.
