Over £234,000 was paid out in bonuses to government staff last year.
The statistics were revealed by the Chief Minister after a request from Onchan MHK Zac Hall.
Payouts for staff working for departments, boards and offices and relevant organisations peaked in 2009 when more than £367,000 was paid.
Last year was the lowest amount paid out over the last five years.
