Anyone planning on attending or hosting a bonfire tonight is being asked to focus on safety to avoid any serious incidents.
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service says if simple steps are taken everyone can enjoy a fun and safe Bonfire Night.
People planning an event are being asked to contact the Emergency Services Joint Control Room to alert them so that emergency calls are not made unnecessarily.
