A faulty boiler led to a call to the fire service yesterday.
Shortly after 6pm, crews from Onchan were called to a house on Whitebridge Road in Onchan.
Firefighters discovered a small blaze caused by a faulty oil-fired boiler.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
