A UK health inspection body which assessed the majority of Manx Care's services has been found 'unfit for purpose'.
The Care Quality Commission has admitted a number of serious failings following a review in the UK.
It released its findings into much of the Island's health and care system last year after visiting in 2021 and 2022.
A review into the organization found its staff were inexperienced and its assessments were inconsistent.
