A new blueprint for the east of the Isle of Man is being mapped out by government.
It will replace all development plans currently in place and follows a 'call for sites' at the end of last year.
The Cabinet Office says the aim of the plan, which takes in Douglas, Onchan, Braddan, Garff, Marown and Santon, is to achieve 'sustainable growth for our Island communities'.
A public consultation has been launched to gain feedback - Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas says it's important people have their say:
Six new buses to replace 14 year old ones
Record number of seal pups recorded
Proposed laws could mean free period products
Unemployment fell slightly last month
GP waiting times to be raised in House of Keys tomorrow
Waves higher than predicted on crossing which damaged cars
Spitfire flights to be launched from Ronaldsway
