'Bird proof' litter bins are currently being installed in Ramsey.
Chairman of Ramsey Town Commissioners, Ffinlo Williams, says they'll hopefully have the capacity to take rubbish without overflowing, meaning the town's winged residents can't drag leftovers up the street.
He also says the new blue bins are easier and safer to be emptied.
Extras are also being placed in Parliament Square and other busy areas in preparation for TT.
