Emergency services are currently dealing with a bin wagon which has blown over in the Island's capital.
Police, fire and ambulance crews are all at the incident - between the two roundabouts at Governor's Bridge.
There are reports the vehicle has gone into Summerhill Glen.
The public is being asked to avoid the Glencrutchery Road and Governor's Dip areas - the road is shut, but traffic is being diverted.
