Diane Kelsey MLC will present the Vaping Products Bill 2023 for its final stage after it was amended by the House of Keys.
The bill, if it becomes law, would introduce an 18 age limit for vapes, control how they can be displayed in shops and introduce regulatory standards.
The council is due to sit from 10.30am.
