A motorcyclist is believed to have suffered serious injuries in a crash on the mountain road today.
Police say the biker has been taken to Noble's Hospital following the incident in the area of the Mountain Mile.
As a result, the road remains closed with the constabulary saying it could remain shut for some time while investigations are carried out.
It's asking motorists take an alternative route.
