Fire crews raced to the rescue of a biker in Laxey this afternoon.
The Fire and Rescue Service says crews from Laxey and Douglas were called out after a crash on the Everlasting Bend on the Ramsey coast road.
The motorcyclist, the only person involved in the incident, was found on a verge almost ten feet away from the road.
Officials say the road is open but motorists should drive carefully while emergency services are on the scene.
