A motorcyclist has been seriously injured following a road traffic collision yesterday.
It happened at about 2.20pm at the 32nd Milestone near to Windy Corner.
It involved a single red Honda motorbike which was being ridden by a man from Nottingham.
He was transferred by ambulance to Noble's Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
Police were on scene for several hours. Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 631212.
