Strand Street is set to benefit from major investment when Cotton Traders opens its doors in March.
That’s the view of the Douglas Development Partnership which has welcomed the new retailer.
Cotton Traders was founded in 1987 and sells men and women’s clothes – it will open on March 1st.
Seven people will be employed by the company – a manager, supervisor and five sales assistants.
Development manager Chris Pycroft says there’s now a good mix between big names and smaller stores:
Two more schemes backed by government fund
Island to get Bikesafe scheme for first time
Jurby Junk's Stella dies aged 90
No plans to publish UK's assisted dying letters
Burst water main disrupts Onchan supply
Government advice following spike in data breaches
Plans for four-foot flood walls at Ramsey harbour
Garage blaze in the early hours of this morning
