A Freedom of Information request asked how much the department spent on each sport this year and how many registered members those sports have.
Lawn Bowls' 60 registered members received £3,160 - £52.67 per member.
Meanwhile, football's 3,903 registered members were given £5,000 - which works out at £1.28 each.
