A man who lost his mother when she was run over by a prisoner released from jail early says he doesn't hate the man responsible.
Stuart Valentine's mother Gwen died when Donovan Kitching crashed a car as he fled police in April 2014.
Earlier this week, a report into how he'd come to be released despite warnings about his high risk of reoffending made more than 20 recommendations to police, the probation service, parole committee and prison.
Stuart says he hopes Kitching, who's serving a 10-year prison term, can change his ways in future:
