A Castletown woman who defrauded the benefits system to the tune of £4,000 will be sentenced in April.
41-year-old Donna May Cooper, of Stanley Crescent, failed to tell the Treasury her circumstances had changed last year.
It meant she was wrongly in receipt of Income Support between May 26th and October 12th.
At Douglas Courthouse last week she pleaded guilty to making false representations to obtain benefits - the court was told the overpayment stood at £4,421.57p.
Social enquiry reports were requested before she's sentenced on April 27th - she's been bailed in the meantime.
