Ben-my-Chree: Repairs completed and sailing again

Last night the vessel got into difficulty as it made its way into Douglas Harbour - Steam Packet chief executive Mark Woodward explains what happened: 

 

 

Passengers were stuck on the boat for four hours - engineers then spent the night and this morning working to get it back up and running. 

 

Sailings today will run with a delay - so passengers are being asked to look for their new check-in times. 

 

Mr Woodward says it's difficult to identify what caused the problem:
