A new education campaign from an Island-based charity will see it swap beaches for blackboards as it reaches out to young people.
Beach Buddies, set up by Bill Dale, is partnering with the Department of Education and Children to visit every school on the Island in 2017.
Each school will be able to get its students out and about cleaning shorelines and learn more about litter's effect on the environment.
