Could an Island charity be taking its expertise to India?
Beach Buddies says it's been asked to start a beach cleaning organisation in Kerala at the southern tip of the country.
The organisation added that it's recently established contacts with people in political positions in Kerala and believes it could be something 'which makes a huge difference'.
The charity has already expanded its work beyond Manx shores, joining forces earlier this year with counterparts on the Isle of Arran and was also recently invited to conduct a beach clean in Brighton as party of the annual Labour Party Conference.
